It’s confirmed. Finally the rumours come to an end today afternoon. Speculations had circled for weeks that Lorenzo is prepared to go Ducati, some even said that Lorenzo is going to Suzuki.
Today, the speculations ended first when Yamaha announced that the Spaniard will not be remaining with them. And today, the reigning world champion signed a two years deal with the Italian factory.
The deal is backed by a lucrative offer for the Spaniard backed by tobacco giant Philip Morris and of owners Audi.
It is reported that Lorenzo’s first outing on the Desmosedici GP will be at the Valencian test immediately after the final race in November.
