To honour the memory of late “Kentucky Kid”, an emotional ceremony was held today at the Circuit of Americas retiring Nicky’s number, 69, from the premier class racing. Attending the ceremony was attended by Jorge Viegas, FIM president; Carmelo Ezpeleta, Dorna CEO; and Nicky’s family members and friends.
