SIC today officially announce on their Facebook page that they will be organizing the local track days at Sepang F1 Circuit. In the statement, SIC included 5 upcoming track dates.
This announcement is made after a dialogue session with all local track days organizer early this month. Since early 2015, SBR Trackdays was appointed as the sole organizer with a new 3 groups format introduced. The appointment was made after presentation of tenders by all local organiser late 2014. However, this has changed.
The new participating fee has been lowered now at RM300 for 400 cc and above bike and RM200 for 400 cc and below bike.
Riders Classification :
Group A – Expert / Racer
Group B – Intermediate
Group C – Novice (Below 400 cc only)
Duration : 30min x 4 slots per session

0900hrs to 1300hrs – Session 1
1400hrs to 1800hrs – Session 2

0800hrs to 0830hrs – Registration for Session 1 at Track Office
0830hrs to 0900hrs – Safety Briefing at Media Centre
0900hrs to 0930hrs – Group A (25min on track, last 5min back to pit)
0930hrs to 1000hrs – Group B (25min on track, last 5min back to pit)
1000hrs to 1030hrs – Group B (25min on track, last 5min back to pit)
1030hrs to 1100hrs – Group A (25min on track, last 5min back to pit)
1100hrs to 1130hrs – Group A (25min on track, last 5min back to pit)
1130hrs to 1200hrs – Group B (25min on track, last 5min back to pit)
1200hrs to 1230hrs – Group B (25min on track, last 5min back to pit)
