Can you remember there was a massive protest from four factory team; Aprilia, Honda, KTM and Suzuki lodge a protest with the FIM Stewards claiming that the aerodynamic device attached to the swingarm of Dovizioso is illegal. These four said it is an aerodynamic device to increase downforce while Ducati said it is a device used to cool down the rear tyre.
Following a hearing in Mies on 22nd March, the MotoGP Court of Appeal gives its verdict on 26th March that the protest made by the four factories was rejected.
As expected, this new device will be a norm soon. Guess who is using it now?
