Just a few days ago, we posted a video that shows a man claiming he did 370 kph on the Penang Bridge and he completed the entire crossing in just 3 minutes 10 seconds.
On 17th April 2020, one rider slammed the claim by proving that one does not need 3 minutes 10 seconds to cross the bridge. He proved it by showing he could cross the bridge in 2 minutes 20 seconds with the top speed of 261 kph on a 2019 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636. However, the video which made him a proud rider eventually turned into evidence against him!
To make matters worst, at the time when the arrest was made, the rider is using a fake number plate!
As a rider, we understand that recording our attempt or even Sunday ride and post it on Facebook to garner likes gives one sense of achievement, but you never know when the video is going to bite you by becoming an evidence for insurance or worst the police.
