MCN says there is a deal between the Spaniard and team Petronas Yamaha, the new Yamaha satellite team – is set to make an official announcement in the press conference within the next 24 hours.
With recent shocking news that Pedrosa will be replaced by the outgoing Ducati factory rider Jorge Lorenzo, who is rumoured to be joining the Petronas Yamaha team; Pedrosa who has partner with HRC for 13 years will either join a new team or retire from MotoGP.
Pedrosa called for a press conference ahead of his home race at the Circuit de Barcelona – Catalunya but the press conference ended with no official statement from Pedrosa who said, “I can’t say anything yet.”
