Ducati is starting off 2022 with yet another record in terms of deliveries, revenues, and operating profit. From January until March, a total of 13,450 units were successfully delivered to customers around the globe. This marks a 5% growth compared to the first quarter of 2021 and 40% compared to 2020.

Ducati also managed to regain the top place in Italy with an 8% increase, but other markets such as France, the UK, and Brazil saw significant growth at 29%, 46%, and 21% respectively. No word from the Asian region yet, but we can probably guess that the Malaysian side is doing quite well judging by the number of Ducatis on the road to date.

So, what’s the most popular Ducati model so far? It’s none other than the Ducati Multistrada V4 range with a total of 2,456 units delivered to new customers globally from January until March. This figure is followed by the Monster (1,868 units), and the Ducati Scrambler 800 family with 1,557 units.

We’ve also heard rumours that Ducati Malaysia is planning to launch its latest 2022 models sometime next month. They seem to like to unveil multiple bikes at once just like in recent years, and you can bet that this year shouldn’t be any different (apart from being more exciting thanks to some very exciting 2022 models).
